Thank you for visiting our website, which is in-progress.  Our first article includes the story of our first rally car build and has a link to the full photo gallery. Look for stories and pictures of our races this year, including West Palm Beach Grand Prix, Pittsburgh Grand Prix, Lime Rock Vintage Fall Festival and VIR's Heacock Classic Gold Cup Historic Race.  

We plan to add items for sale, pictures of our on-site tech sessions that are held once a quarter and other Porsche related events.

The rusty 914 shell arrived from Europe in February 2011 and the completed work of art returned to Italy in July 2011.  The car is an exact replica of the 1971 winning car at Monte Carlo, which was driven by Bjord Waldegard.  The car continued to win rally races before it was retired and restored.  Today it lives in the Porsche museum in Germany.

Our customer obtained permission from the factory and FIA to create a replica and race in today's rallies. Black Forest Racing (BFR) was commissioned to do the job and using the rules and regulations that came with the chassis (written in Italian!!) and pictures of the original car, we began.  Below are a few pictures of the process, from the chassis in primer to the finished car.  If you would like to look through the entire photo gallery go to: Rally Car Photo Gallery

Early November in Virginia was crisp and awesome.  Here are some shots of our crew.  We ran a white RSR and a black 914-6 GT.  Did not set any track records, but both drivers improved their times every day.
